Musici Ireland brings us a programme of classics from chamber music greats like Telemann and Beethoven, along with more modern works from Gorecki and Martinů. You will also hear a piece inspired by Handel, composed by 19th century Norwegian composer Johan Halvorsen.
About Musici Ireland
Musici Ireland is a chamber music collective which began in 2012 and organises innovative multidisciplinary collaborations. Musicians in the collective come together to deliver events that celebrate the beauty of chamber music. The collective delivers impactful events and spearheads new pieces of music and artwork. Waterford Music welcomes three members of the collective for this concert, Beth McNinch, Vourneen Ryan and Ioana Petcu-Colan, all of whom are distinguished musicians.
