The Sinéad Farrell Trio brings together three musicians who are highly accomplished in their own right. They will deliver an intriguing, innovative programme that showcases the diversity of trio repertoire, from the 18th century to the present. You will hear a classic work by Haydn, as well as works which will expand your horizons, by Gaubert, Farrenc and Martinu.
About The Sinéad Farrell Trio
The Sinéad Farrell Trio is an exciting collaboration of three hugely talented musicians. Dublin born flautist Sinéad Farrell combines a busy career as an orchestral musician, teacher, soloist and chamber musician. American cellist Katie Tertell is Artistic Director and Founder of the Appalachian Chamber Music Festival in West Virginia. Wicklow pianist Fiachra Garvey has been a prizewinner in prestigious piano competitions including the Jaques Samuel Competition and the AXA Dublin International Piano Competition.
